By accessing the website, downloading Agent Trace, purchasing a subscription, using a hosted checkout flow, or interacting with our billing or license-support services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, purchase a subscription, or access related services.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to the Agent Trace marketing website, pricing pages, download pages, hosted checkout return pages, license delivery pages, support communications, billing-related services, and other related commercial services.
Use of the Agent Trace desktop software itself is additionally governed by the Agent Trace End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding software license rights, software restrictions, activation, permitted use, or desktop application functionality, the EULA controls for that subject matter.
2. Eligibility
You may use the website, purchase Agent Trace, and access related services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are using the website, checkout services, and software in compliance with applicable law.
By using the website or purchasing Agent Trace, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method, billing information, and purchase email address submitted during checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, checkout flows, support channels, license delivery systems, activation systems, or related services.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the operation of the website or related services;
- attempting to tamper with, reverse engineer, bypass, or abuse checkout, billing, licensing, activation, or entitlement systems;

4. Product and Service Description
Agent Trace is desktop software for analyzing AI agent traces, reviewing historical runs, comparing executions, identifying possible failure patterns, and exporting reports.
The Agent Trace website and hosted checkout pages are provided to help you review product information, download the application, purchase a subscription, access license delivery information, and contact support.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, hosted pages, commercial services, download experience, or related services from time to time. We do not guarantee that every website feature, hosted page, checkout workflow, pricing display, download method, or related service will remain unchanged or continuously available.
5. Purchases, Billing, and Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which may act as the Merchant of Record and/or authorized reseller for the transaction. Paddle is responsible for checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and certain subscription-management functions.
By purchasing Agent Trace through Paddle checkout, you may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms, refund rules, tax handling, payment-processing requirements, and other applicable policies.
Techmaster Consulting LLC remains responsible for providing Agent Trace product access, license delivery support, and product-related customer support, except where those matters are handled directly by Paddle or another third-party provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, tax, and contact information during checkout. We and Paddle may rely on the information you provide to process purchases, send receipts, deliver license information, manage subscriptions, and provide billing-related support.
6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may be offered on monthly, annual, or other billing cycles.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid, unless required by law or allowed under the applicable Refund Policy.
Subscription-management links or cancellation options may be provided by Paddle through email, receipt pages, a customer portal, checkout-related tools, or other methods made available from time to time.
If you cancel a subscription, your access to paid features may continue until the end of the then-current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout, in the Refund Policy, or required by law.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Plan Changes
We may change pricing, plan names, plan features, subscription options, trial offers, billing cycles, or promotional offers from time to time.
Price changes generally apply prospectively and do not reduce your rights for a subscription period you have already paid for, except as allowed by these Terms, the EULA, the applicable checkout terms, or applicable law.
Taxes may be calculated, collected, and remitted by Paddle based on your billing information and applicable law. Final checkout pricing, taxes, and payment details may be displayed by Paddle during the purchase process.
Promotional pricing, discounts, free trials, or limited-time offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at checkout or in related offer materials.
8. License Delivery and Account Responsibility
After successful purchase, we may provide license access through the hosted success page, transactional email, in-app activation flow, customer portal, or another method we make available.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and activation credentials secure and using them only within the device, subscription, and usage limits that apply to your purchase.
You may not share, resell, publish, transfer, sublicense, or misuse license credentials except as expressly permitted by the EULA or by written permission from Techmaster Consulting LLC.
If you contact support about billing, activation, or license issues, please provide your purchase email, transaction ID, order ID, or the last few characters of your license key. Do not send unnecessary sensitive payment information.
9. Refunds
Refund expectations are described in our separate Refund Policy.
Approved refunds may be processed through Paddle using the original payment method where possible. Refund timing, eligibility, payment reversal, taxes, and related processing may be subject to Paddle's policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

We try to be helpful and responsive, but we do not guarantee any specific support response time, resolution time, or outcome.
Support may be limited for expired subscriptions, canceled subscriptions, unsupported versions, misuse, suspected fraud, or issues outside the reasonable scope of Agent Trace product support.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Agent Trace website, including text, graphics, screenshots, logos, product names, page designs, documentation, downloads, images, videos, examples, and other materials, is owned by Techmaster Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website materials except as permitted by law, expressly allowed by these Terms, expressly allowed by the EULA, or approved by us in writing.
The names "Agent Trace," "Techmaster Consulting LLC," and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or ownership without our written permission.

The website, checkout, payment processing, subscription management, license delivery, email delivery, hosting, analytics, download delivery, customer support, or other related services may depend on third-party providers.
Third-party providers may include Paddle and other service providers used to operate the website, process transactions, deliver emails, manage entitlements, host downloads, or provide related services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, outages, policies, terms, data handling, or processing practices, except where required by law. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Payment-related information is additionally governed by Paddle's policies as Merchant of Record and/or authorized reseller.

14. Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use, download, purchase, access, or receive Agent Trace where prohibited by applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws.
You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction where use, download, purchase, or access would be prohibited, and that you are not listed on any applicable restricted-party or sanctions list.
You agree not to use Agent Trace or related services in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws.
15. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to billing-related services, license delivery, activation services, software entitlement status, support, or related commercial services if we reasonably believe there has been:
- fraud;
- payment failure;
- chargeback abuse;
- security misuse;
- license abuse;
- violation of these Terms;
- violation of the EULA;
- violation of applicable law;
- misuse of the website, checkout, support, or licensing systems;
- conduct that creates risk for us, users, Paddle, or other third-party providers.
We may also limit or disable access when required to protect service integrity, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to third-party platform requirements, or protect our business from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Termination or restriction of access does not necessarily entitle you to a refund unless required by law or allowed under the applicable Refund Policy.
16. Disclaimers
The website, hosted checkout return pages, download pages, license delivery pages, billing-related services, support services, and related commercial services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Agent Trace is a software tool intended to assist with reviewing and analyzing AI agent traces and related information. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, expert root cause analysis, security review, legal review, compliance review, or independent technical validation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techmaster Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss of use arising from or related to your use of the website, checkout flows, billing-related services, license delivery services, support services, or Agent Trace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for Agent Trace during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techmaster Consulting LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the website, checkout flows, support services, licensing systems, or Agent Trace;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of the EULA;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your violation of the rights of another person or entity;
- fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity involving your purchase, license, account information, or payment information.
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

23. Consumer Rights and Legal Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
