All purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
1. When refunds may be considered
We may review refund requests for limited cases such as:
- duplicate charges
- billing errors
- technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the paid product
2. When refunds are usually not available
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- partial subscription periods
- unused time on an active billing cycle
- failure to cancel before renewal
- feature dissatisfaction where the product was delivered as described
3. How to request a refund
Email support-agenttrace@techmasterconsulting.com and include your purchase email, transaction ID, and a short explanation of the issue.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund processing may be coordinated through Paddle depending on the purchase flow and payment status.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting support, license access may be suspended while the dispute is under review.
